Unless explicitly stated as a no-wagering offer, all bonus awards are subject to Wagering Requirements that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings may be processed. Bonus Funds and any associated Wagering Requirements expire within the timeframe specified in the applicable promotion terms. Upon expiry, unused Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from them will be removed from the Account Balance without further notice.

In any event, thr777's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player to their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform incorporates third-party game content, payment processing services, and data feeds. thr777 is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or performance of third-party services, and any disputes arising from third-party game outcomes or payment processing issues should be directed to our support team in the first instance for escalation.

Upon Account closure due to a material breach of these Terms, thr777 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit all Account Balances, including both deposited funds and winnings, where such funds are reasonably believed to have been obtained through fraudulent or prohibited conduct. In all other cases of Account closure — including voluntary closure by the Player — any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to standard withdrawal processing procedures and KYC completion.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting thr777's customer support team. Please note that if you hold active Bonus Funds or unsatisfied Wagering Requirements at the time of closure, those bonus balances will be forfeited. Verified real-money cash balances will be returned per clause 11.2 above.
